Cache::emptyCache does not remove items from the given path

          Description

          Cache::emptyCache in the lib directory accepts a parameter $path, but does not remove files on disk relative to that path. minPHP may need to be updated, and updated for Blesta.

          Blesta does not empty the cache at a specific path from this method, so this is more of an issue for developers calling it directly.

            This is a bug with minPHP so we have to wait until it's fixed there to pull here.
