Description
The Download Manager currently only supports uploading a file or specifying a path to the file on the file system, but does not allow the use of files hosted elsewhere.
I imagine that, in addition to the option to upload/specify a path to the file, an option to set a URL directly to the file should be available.
It should be noted that when setting a URL, Blesta cannot reasonably be expected to impose restrictive access to the file beyond when to display the URL in the user interface.
