As a client, after I log in, the notice regarding any outstanding balance should be reworded from (warning):

Your account has an outstanding balance of $207.00. Please make payment at your earliest convenience.

[Make Payment]

To (info):

Your account has an outstanding balance of $207.00. Please make payment at your earliest convenience.

[Make Payment]

And if any of the outstanding balance is past due... (warning)

Your account has an outstanding balance of $207.00, of which $100.00 is past due. Please make payment at your earliest convenience.
