Description
A lot of companies use the ticket system to work internal issues. For example, they may have their server monitoring software email their ticket system so their staff can address the issue. This creates a problem when the ticket system replies with an acknowledgement that the ticket was created.
Add an option when creating/editing a department within the Support Manager plugin not to send ticket confirmation emails. Something like this perhaps:
[ ] Send Auto-Response Emails for New Tickets
Keep it checked by default for all departments
[x] Do not send ticket open confirmation emails for this department
It should not be checked by default.
