Show reference ID in transactions listings

          Description

          In the staff area, for client profile and billing > transactions add a column to display the reference ID.

          Consider removing Status column to free up room, or put it next to the Type.

              Description In the staff area, for client profile and billing > transactions display the last 4 of the credit card.

              Needs further discussion, but the last 4 will need to be directly linked to each transaction, and readily viewable (not hidden in the expand area).
