Mass Mailer: Add option to log emails

          Description

          When composing an email with the Mass Mailer, a checkbox should exist called "Log Emails". It will default to being unchecked. If checked, emails sent will be logged to the `log_emails` table.

          This is controlled by the Emails model and Email component, so it will need to be overwritten there.
