Recurring Invoices: Copy public/private notes when generating new invoices

          Description

          When recurring invoices are generated all of the line items are copied to the newly generated invoice, but none of the notes are. There is a case to copy at least the public notes from the recurring invoice when subsequent invoices are generated. I don't think it is necessary to copy private notes.

            It seems to me that if we are making a copy of the recurring invoice, we would copy the private and public notes, no?
