Re-opened this because the review options need to be updated:
i.e.
Adding an option that doesn't currently exist isn't shown in the table
Updated an option that is not 'editable' shows a new value of (1x 0)
I think these should be updated to only list options that are actually being added or updated, and options that are being removed or don't already exist will be denoted by a dash 
, since no quantity/value is available for them.

I think these should be updated to only list options that are actually being added or updated, and options that are being removed or don't already exist will be denoted by a dash , since no quantity/value is available for them. 
The issues mentioned above are resolved.
The review page will still list all options being set, including the options that currently exist but cannot be updated.
