Has a split screen preview option which is super useful when writing markdown for tickets, and anywhere else markdown is used in Blesta. Look into what would be involved in implementing this as a replacement to the current markdown editor, including within the Support Manager replies.
We might consider also using a new parser, this one is highly recommended https://commonmark.thephpleague.com/ Parsedown hasn't been updated in like 5 years and may be abandonware.
