There are 3 changes needed to how services are associated with tickets.
1. In the staff area when viewing a ticket the service label is used for a link to edit the service, with a dropdown below that. Instead, show just the ID to the right of the dropdown as a link, not the entire link as the dropdown already has the label selected.
2. When creating a new ticket for a client, the "Service" dropdown only contains "None", it should contain a list of services like it does when a client opens a ticket.
3. In the client area the service is shown to the right of the label "Related Service", but it would be better if it appeared below the label.
