Description
You can add coupons during service creation, but you cannot edit a service to remove or change a recurring coupon.
Under the Actions box, I propose a new option called: Add/Edit Recurring Coupon.
This option will display a box that contains the coupon code currently used, if any, and allow a new recurring coupon code to be saved.

Is the coupon field intended to not be validated? Entering an invalid coupon will result in a success message, but will simply remove the coupon code. So if I have a typo in my coupon code, I may never know that it was removed because it was saved successfully.
