Description
In the client area, clicking to Manage a service will display when the service is scheduled to be canceled, if it's scheduled to be canceled.
In the Services widget, no such indicator exists that an active service is scheduled to be canceled.
I suggest we strike through the renew date, and add a tooltip that contains text about when the service is scheduled to be canceled. This text should mirror the alert on the manage service page. For example, "This service is scheduled to be canceled on Apr 02, 2014.".

Instead of striking through the Date Renews, just add a tooltip with the icon fa-clock-o. Hovering over the icon displays the text in the description above referencing the date to be cancelled. http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icon/clock-o/
The reason for this is that the service may renew if a staff member schedules the service to be cancelled in a distant future date.
