[CORE-1084] Add service label tag to service suspended / unsuspended email templates. - Blesta

Details

Make the label for a service available to the Service Suspended and Service Unsuspended email templates.

On new installations, add the new label tag directly after the

{package.name}

tag with a hyphen between them. For example:

Silver Hosting - domain.com

This change should be made in the HTML and text versions.
