Description
In the client area, when managing a service, allow clients to change their billing cycle by clicking the drop down button for their Status and selecting "Change Term".
They should be able to select a different term that's available for the same Package. Selecting a different term would then cause the service to renew at the new term beginning at the next cycle.
Consider a Company / Client Group setting permission for whether to allow customers to have this option.

The option to change the term should not be available if the service is One Time. Nor should any One Time (non-recurring) terms be available to switch to.
