Support Manager: Client replies that change ticket status should log as being performed by the client

      Description

      When a client closes, or reopens, a ticket, the ticket status change is logged. However, they are logged as being performed by the System rather than by the client, so lets log them as being performed by the client as a byproduct of the reply.
