Configurable options unavailable for addons when adding a service with an addon

          Description

          When adding a service that has an addon, and the addon has configurable options, those configurable options are not loaded and displayed.

          If the parent service has the same configurable options set that are available to the addon, then the addon ends up with the same options and values as the parent.
