Support Manager: Updating a ticket should always log changes regardless of reply type

      Description

      If you add a Note reply and you change, for example, the ticket status, only the note reply is added, and the ticket status is not changed, nor is it logged.

      Changes are currently only logged on type=reply. They should always be changed and logged if they were updated.
