Order: Change package selection description on wizard order forms

          Description

          When selecting a package through the wizard slider or wizard boxes template, the following language is displayed as a description below the package group name.

          "Select a package and then configure it down below."

          The problem is, this is a wizard order form and configuration takes place on the next step. Instead, (for wizard order forms only, NOT ajax) change the text to read:

          "Select a package and configure it on the next step."
