      When attempting to add a service, but not selecting a term, an error regarding the "Quantity limit reached" appears, even when the associated package has an unlimited quantity.

          This is most definitely because without a term selected there is not identification of the package, which means no quantity to evaluate. Perhaps the quantity check should be performed if and only if there is a term set.
