cPanel: Module row may fail to add if no accounts exist on the server

          Description

          When adding a new module row, an error may occur:
          "A connection to the server could not be established. Please check to ensure that the Hostname, User Name, and Remote Key are correct."

          If there are no accounts on the cPanel server, you may also receive that error. The error should appear iff accounts could not be determined (invalid/no API response).
