SolusVM: Display statistical information if totals are available

          Description

          Statistics list memory, disk space, and bandwidth used and total usage. In the case that some are unavailable (e.g. total memory = 0 bytes), then simply don't display that statistic. And display a message about statistics not being available if there are not total values for any.
