Description
To simplify price control for users of countries where prices are tax-inclusive, Blesta should support the ability to set whether or not package prices are tax-inclusive (if that pricing entry is set as taxable), as a company-wide setting. If prices are tax-inclusive then tax calculations must be done in reverse, and if no tax applies the tax amount must be deducted.
This is beneficial because:
- Users need not do reverse tax calculations (e.g. from sales to VAT: See
CORE-650). - Prices would, by default, be displayed including tax without users having to log in, which is necessary for some jurisdictions.
