          Description

          Add the ability to move a predefined response from one category to another within the support manager.

          More discussion required, but an option for this could appear while editing a predefined response.

            Let's just add a category drop down when editing or creating a response. It would pre-select the category that the response is currently assigned, or pre-select the category that the response is being added to.
