Description
Sometime prior to 3.2 we enforced semantic versioning of pre-release versions. We previously use x.y.z.b format. We now use x.y.z-b format. However, because older installations still had the x.y.z.b format in their databases, when they attempted to upgrade they received an undefined index error because that version didn't exist in the version mapping scheme any longer.
To fix, we need to ensure that we format database versions prior to upgrade to ensure conformance to the new standard (of x.y.z-b).
