Interworx: Allow reseller_id as an editable field

          Description

          Interworx allows resellers, which can have a "reseller_id" field. This is given to us from Interworx and saved for the service. However, if we're not provisioning the service on Interworx, we have no way to set the reseller ID.

          There should be an option to set that field, at least for local edit.
