Pro forma format setting does not enforce the use of the {num} tag

          Description

          Under Company -> Invoice Customization, the Pro Forma Invoice Format setting tooltip says the

          {num} tag is required, but does not enforce its use.

          The other invoice formatting settings display an error if the {num}

          tag is not set, so I imagine this setting should do the same.
