Order: Standard template missing partial template

          Description

          CORE-1340 added a partial template "checkout_total_info.pdt" to the AJAX and Wizard templates for displaying totals. However, that template was not added to the Standard order type. It does not look like the template is needed for that order type, but the controller attempts to load it anyway.

          When going through an order form, you can receive an error regarding the missing file. This occurs, for example, after attempting to order a product that has only an Offline Payment method and some credits to apply, but not checking a payment method nor credit to apply.
