Description
On the Standard order type (and possibly others, but haven't tested), you can get to the page to select a payment. If no payment is selected, attempting to continue on will generate an error saying you must select a payment method to continue.
However, at this point, the order is created and the cart is empty, so attempting to select a payment method and continue again will take you back to step 1 at the beginning of a new order. You can no longer see the total due and make a payment via the order system.
