Order: Prorated addons whose cutoff day has passed do not appear in the order summary when initially selected

          Description

          CORE-1397 fixed an issue with addons not appearing in the order summary when initially selected (for Wizard and AJAX templates).

          However, if the service is prorated passed its cutoff day, then the item should be listed twice--once for the partial month, and another for the full term afterward.

          It appears the full month is not shown after the partial month. This causes the total to be different than the sum of the items selected at that point.
