Order: Selected config options may not be displayed during checkout

          Description

          If the order form currency is changed, and the currency setting "Use Package Pricing for New Services Only " is unchecked, then pricing will be converted on the order form.

          The config options appear to be converted in the Order Summary section (at least on the Wizard order form), but when heading to Checkout, the config options don't appear to be listed any longer. However, placing the order results in the service containing the config options. Only, they are not listed on the invoice.

          I suspect this issue is related to CORE-1425, and may be resolved with that task's completion.
