      Description

Send a payment receipt email to clients for payments made with non-merchant gateways. Consider using the email template Payment Received (Manual Entry) for this purpose. Otherwise, use a new email template called "Payment Receipt (Non Merchant)", and only send if the payment is successful. At a minimum, the contact details, amount, transaction ID, and the gateway name should be available to the template.

Description Send a payment receipt email to clients for payments made with non-merchant gateways. There should be a new email template created for this, as the merchant payment emails are very specific.

Call the template "Payment Receipt (Non Merchant)", and only send if the payment is successful. At a minimum, the contact details, amount, transaction ID, and the gateway name should be available to the template.
