Removing PAID watermark from invoices does not save setting

          Description

          When saving invoice customizations, unchecking the PAID watermark checkbox and saving has no effect. The watermark is still used because the setting does not get updated.

          Also, the Default and Quickbook invoices do not evaluate the setting properly, so the paid watermark is always shown for paid invoices.
