Description
Add an option when creating/editing a coupon so that the coupon can be applied to the package only, or the package and all configurable options.
A checkbox in the Discount Options section should work for this.
[x] Apply to Configurable Options Also
It should be checked by default, and if checked the discount applies not just to the package but any configurable options.
The discount is taken from the total cost of the package + any configurable options.
