Coupon used quantity not shown after error when editing

          Description

          When editing a coupon in Blesta, if an error occurs when attempting to save the coupon, then the page is shown again with the error. However, the used quantity next to the "Quantity" field is not shown.

          i.e. it will show "(used )" rather than, for example, "(used 15)"
