      Description

Universal Module service fields of the type "hidden" are not editable by Staff when managing the service because they are rendered as hidden fields to both clients and admins.

Instead, Staff should be able to change the value of these fields when managing the service. If possible, display these fields as standard text input fields instead of hidden fields.
