Description
When a pass phrase is set under [Settings] -> [General] -> [Encryption], stored payment account card numbers are not decryptable unless processed manually via batch processing.
However, when an admin or client goes to make a payment, they have the option of choosing an existing Payment Account to use to make the payment. This will always fail because the stored card number cannot be decrypted to make the payment. Therefore the option to pay with existing payment accounts needs to be disabled when a pass phrase is set.
