Invoice amounts can be applied in excess of the transaction amount

          Description

          When a transaction amount is applied to an invoice, the amount is applied as given, and is not validating whether the amount to apply exceeds the total available from the transaction.

          This needs to be update to disallow amounts to be applied to an invoice in excess of the total transaction amount.
