Description
Added Perforated Invoice Template.
This invoice template should have a tear off section 3.5 inches from the bottom. This allows users that receive invoices by mail to tear off the perforated section of the paper and return it with their payment.
The template should be based on the default template, but additionally contain within the perforated area:
- Client Number
- Client Name
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Total Amount Due
- Total Payment Amount Enclosed (in a box to be filled out)
- Company Address (where payment should be mailed to)
