License Module: Allow IPv4 and IPv6 simultaneously

      Description

The license module allows any number of IP address, including both IPv4 and IPv6; however it will only automatically attach a single address (either IPv4 or IPv6) to the license.

Instead, it should allow up to two IP addresses per company automatically, provided one is IPv4 and one is IPv6. In other words, add an IPv4 address if less than the maximum exists, or add an IPv6 address if less than the maximum exists.
