Add precision to currencies

          Description

          We need to know currency precision for various currency formatting.

          This task should add a field for defining currency precision for each currency under [Settings] -> [Currencies] -> [Active Currencies].

          Each currency should default to a precision of 4.
          Each currency included with Blesta should be updated to its known precision.
