Description
Attempting to add a new company can lead to an exception being thrown. It is caught, however, no Input errors are set, so the system goes on to attempt to fetch the company and create staff for it that fails due to an exception, "Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens on line 124 of ../lib/model.php"
