System Overview: Canceled services should be graphed by cancellation date

          Description

          The Services graph in the System Overview plugin only shows the number of canceled services based on the date they were added rather than the date they were canceled.

          This fix should use the status (active, canceled, suspended) to filter on the corresponding dates (date added, date canceled, date suspended), respectively.
