Description
It appears that the `company_settings`.`inherit` column is not being cloned properly when creating a new company. In particular, the "tax_id" company setting is being set as inheritable when it should not be inheritable.
Once the "tax_id" is no longer set as inheritable for cloned companies, I think it would be best for the upgrader to reset every company's tax_id setting back to no inheritance.
