SolusVM - Allow base IP quantity to be set for the Package

          Description

          SolusVM servers are provisioned with a base IP count of 1 - the main IP. Additional IPs can be purchased using config options, but often hosting providers will sell VPSs with X number of included IPs.

          Add an input field so that the quantity of IPs can be entered when configuring the module on the package. The quantity can never be less than 1.
