Update Blesta logo in client area to use SVG version

          Description

          Update the client area and public facing pages to use the Blesta SVG logo. The system should automatically choose the white or color version, so maintain this functionality with the SVG logo.

          Style changes: The SVG logo will need to have it's height set to 30 pixels.
