Billing Overview: Show revenue from multiple sources

          Description

          The revenue graphs should show:

          • Credit Card
          • ACH
          • Every non-merchant gateway
          • Every non-credit payment type (e.g. cash, check)
          • Every credit payment type (unchecked by default)

          Show a "Total" line in the tooltip. This is an option that can be turned on in the graph. No need to sum the values up ourselves.

          Remove the 'Credits' and 'Other' options we currently have.
