Description
Add a multiselect for filtering on service status, default 'Active'.
The service filters need to be optional, so we need a field to indicate whether to filter by services or not. Add a checkbox to determine this, unchecked by default to not filter by services regardless of any selected filter options.
A service option should also exist to indicate whether every matching contact should receive an email for every matching service, or only for only one service (the first found).
