Updated Auto-Debit Pending email template

          Description

          A couple improvements could be made to the Auto-Debit Pending and Payment Notice email templates:
          1. Prepend all

          {client_url} tags with http://
          2. Rename {client_url}

          to

          {client_uri} and remove {client_url} as it is redundant. {client_uri}

          is available to every email template
          3. Update the

          {payment_account.type}

          tag to the language version,

          {payment_account.type_name}
