Description
When a client has already made a payment and a credit exists on their account because of it, they are unable to apply that credit to a specific invoice if:
- no non-merchant gateways are available for that currency
- the CC and ACH payment types are both disabled
This is due to the "Apply Credit and Continue" button not being shown because there are no payment methods.
It is probably best to always include the submit button. In case there are no payment methods, they would simply receive an error indicating that.
