      Description

      See http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/6345-record-payment-doesnt-respect-regional-settings/

When the currency format uses a comma as the decimal separator, entering an amount in that format causes an error, "Amount must be a number."

When adding/editing an invoice, the comma is accepted as the decimal separator. We should determine whether this behavior can be used wherever amounts are entered with the currency known.
